I am not condoning that type of behavior if there other patrons on the beach but I have driven my 4x4 on the beach, as well as many other tuners.
What is different from what he did on the beach to what happens on the cross, foreshore, Waller field highway etc ??? |

there are people and children liming lying down running and bathing on the beach... people do not do lie down at the foreshore wallers highway etc..
and i am sure( hoping) that you all are more responsible and that none of you laugh like a hyena in heat |
