Yo dudes, I am runnning sealed @ 400rms and it sounds great, but I want a little more bass so I am ooking for a demo of ported alpine type r the new model. I have read all over the internet and talked to a few people on the best tuning frequency for this sub and so far everyone is saying 1.5- 2 cubes at 31- 35

So if anyone has a type r 12 and has a tuning frequency between that range give me holla.

Thanks in advance.

I did one of these for a friend tuned to 33hz. I sent the specs off to a friend to build the actual box but it didn't square up properly lol.... but the tuning seems to be on point.

You won't be disappointed going ported. I will talk to the guy to see if he can demo it for you but can't promise anything.
