So far we agree that we want to have a meet Cool

Now we need to agree on the details Wink

Please answer the questions in this order:

1. How soon will you be available to meet?
2. What day in the week is convenient for you?
3. What is a good time for you?
4. Where we could safely meet?
5. Refreshments? (if any)

Hey guys we still need some suggestions on a good location

I'm looking at the calendar and notice Sunday 29th March 09 (date to meet) and the day after is a public holiday (spiritual baptist day). What you guys think?

That date is perfect for me and if the time is before lunch, syberfraggle will be able to make it as well. He has to work that night so he might be available before lunch.

, maybe on the first day we just meet and see how it goes from there, but thatz just my personal opinion, again the majority rules. most times Grand Bazzar car park is a good mtng place by the band stan....Flex030 where u had in mind?

I would really like everyone to make it but sometimes that could be difficult Sad

We could meet at G/bazaar car park by the band stand as Chanders suggested. Getting the ARC car park would not be a problem but let’s take it one step at a time as recommended.

Ok, so here we go:
Seeing that some guys cannot make it Sunday evening (assuming 29th March is the date agreed).
Let’s go with Saturday evening 28th March for 3pm at Grand Bazaar car park by the Band Stand.
(Please feel free to make suggestions, it’s a team effort)

The purpose of this meet is to really get to know each other better, share information, discuss modification issues, take pictures, plan other meets and of coarse have some safe fun as well Very Happy
