btw hg if yuh want to get ovr the cold faster use echinacea caps . take one capsule three times daily for 3-5 days .
Unless yuh pregnant doh use it.

i recommend this all the time but be advised that it does not help with the symptoms it aids in getting over the cold at a quicker rate. Wink

and hg the common cold ( influenza) disease progresses in stages hence i recommended that preparation. write down the name and carry it to any pharmacy and they will know what it is.

for the cough is it a dry hacking cough or a wet chesty one?
