I have hardly seen any of these new Accents on the road, and I am almost sure that you may hardly get responses on this site about experiences with the new Accent.
Why don't you see if you can talk with the service manager at one of those rental firms, say, Auto Rentals, to see how they find the car, if they have in their fleet, stands up against the other brands.
You can also look for on the internet any Technical Service Bulletins that Hyundai may have put for the latest Accent.
In your other thread, I gave you my experience with a 1996 Accent. The only out of the ordinary problems that I have heard of with any Accent was with the first generation ones where they had problems with the automatic transmission and the cracking of the dashboard. I have not heard anybody complain about the subsequent generations (other than depreciation).
I have a 2006 Hyundai Coupe bought new from N&M and I have no complaints about the quality of that car.
Once you follow the vehicle manufacturer's recommended service schedule, you really should not have any serious problems. |
