Curious mix of parameters. You don't usually see a "subwoofer" with that high an Fs unless it's for pro-audio use (and even then...). OTOH, you don't usually see a pro-audio sub with that much Xmax either.
You didn't mention size, but by the specs I'm going to guess it's a 12-incher?
A tapped-horn might work. It's said that for best results with a TH, you should start with driver Fs about 1.4* target cutoff point. This means that you could theoretically get down to about 42 Hz with a TH using this driver (cabin gain will lower that a bit). That will cover what most people consider as "bass". |

I remember when they posted those specs on the website, the Fs stood out and had me wondering how long it would last if burping under 60Hz. |
