will be rebuilding soon (valve seals ,rings and bearings) would love 2 know how 2 properly break out my engine hlpppppppppppppp

frist few weeks after the build slow driving is a must,not to over rev the engine to see if it smoking, Laughing and also look for leaks and listen for noises,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Idea Idea

^ ^ ^ Can you compare a local salesman's, Sales or Service Manager's opinion to those in the links?

Some are Auto. & Mech. Engineers with 35-40 years experience in parts development & tuning.
One owns his own SuperFlow Airflow rig plus SuperFlow Engine Dyno.

IMHO I prefer what they recommend.

when we bought the ranger the manual said you have to alternate speed(mixture of slow & not so slow driving)

oil and filter are not that expensive compared to the cost for an engine build....those intervals arent that bad...i know in the case of the firm its 1000km then 5000km....
