Redline for it! Very Happy

BTW, Prestone have one too! Working just as good as the Redline!

Question: If you gonna use the "ole school method" (i.e. Barr's! Very Happy ), is it possible to get residue on your plugs? Should you change / clean the plugs soon after?

hrmmm....i dunno...that won't clean inside the injectors....it won't be pulsing for the injectors them selves to be cleaned...

and i was told when u take out the fuel rail....it is advised that u change the rubbers......i aint know...

thats right larafan, woth that u only cleaning b4 and after the firing part of the injector
and inorder to prevent any gas leak you should always replace the rubber seals on the injector with new ones
you don't want a gas leak now would you, actually this is a good preventative idea, i always have brand new nissan rubber seals for my 4 injectors in the event of Wink

whats so wrong with the gunk injector cleaner from pricesmart ?
any injector cleaner, the better ones are the consistency of a light oil like the one Lucus oil produces
did anyone ever notice that an engine flush has the same ingredients or somewhat same ingredients as an fuel injector cleaner

please note I'm not saying put an engine flush in your gas tank

you could build a kit yourself. just you need someone to weld aluminum and a air compressor. make a canister to fill the liquid and the fittings to connect to the fuel rail Wink

gloves, carb choke, detach fuel rail...pull out each injector... use battery with wires to open the injector (check for +/-) and attach straw from can.....spray that mofo till it clean and the jets are sprayin full...then soak.

i do this for piece of mind...dont really trust those cleaners to fully clean out.

bars and those other crap are not made for fuel injected cars. you need stuff that is safe for your sensors especially the O2
