They work great with no problems, and as for paz saying they break its impossible, he did not do something right. Its not easy to break that. Also the bushing is available for them too. Lots of friends use them here and have great results.... |

Alright the Areospeed is utter crap. I drove to south nearly 5 times a week and those little holes on the road broke them all in a matter of weeks on installation.
after that I used the SPC adjustable ball joint, they were good but did not camber the wheels enough for the 17" thus cutting the inner of the tire, later on the dust cap just ripped off after constant driving and the ball joint just lost its stiffness and got really lose causing the car to really feel outta control.
Then I bought the imitation SKUNK2 camber kit which cambered the car enough for the 17" but after 2 months the ball joints gave way, also they were put together rather slopy, they did not lineup under the car i had to force one of them on, and you could have seen the difference, they were bent under the car but the ball joint held the wheel straight.
Last investment was taking the imitation balljoint and replacing the inner part with polysteel which cost about 500TT, that held the balljoint like new and since then I have no problems.
I did how ever bought the skunk 2 front camber kit as they have been proven to stand up to anything.
Hope this helps..... |

Thats impossible to break original camber kits from skunk2, do you know how hard you have to go into a pot hole for that to break. he probably used aftermarket skunk2 camber kits, which is out there on ebay for sale.
The adjustable balljoint works great with 15" wheels and you can get the car really low in front. |

mR jdm
from what I read
those did not break under normal use other wise alot more would be breaking
no fault of the parts
1. u over cambered ... angle would stress any oem or aftermarket part
2. "Then you bought the IMITATION SKUNK2 camber kit which cambered the car enough for the 17" but after 2 months the ball joints gave way, also they were put together rather slopy, they did not lineup under the car i had to force one of them on, and you could have seen the difference, they were bent under the car but the ball joint held the wheel straight. "
3. Note the first generation of the skunk arms also had problems with the balljoint and bushings.. the revised one best |

well I added what caused your problems
and doh bawl is $h1t parts when you installed / used them incorrect
at persent I run a SPC front and Blox rear camber and toe arms
no problems
As for the front camber it was on the car over 5yr only had to replace the balljoints
The blox rear parts on the car 1 year
just make sure u can get parts to replace the ball joint and bushings
the version I have uses OEM balljoint and bushing so no problems there
Speedfreak I doh know who u fix by
but if Jason repairs your car I sold a guy a set of blox front last year u can ask how it holding up |

^^ Ttrinidad roads are really bad, you should go where i go, i drive very slow and yet still my camber kit got damaged. But i guess if you dive on the highway allot then you have no worries.
The skunk 2 is a good overall camber kit. Different driving habits and locations would result in different concussions. AGREED? |

BUy the blox yes... it is unlikely that people going to bother to make fake blox products
I use blox stuff and the quality is solid |

I agree with using the blox. I use the Toe arms and camber arms in the rear and is made by Blox and are adjustable and works fine for me. No sign of any problems as to breaking nor any major wear and tear as of yet.
The camber arms are on the car for 2-years now, and the toe arm are on for 5-months now and working well.... |

fwiw... i've stuck with oem or (real) aftermarket parts for my suspension setup.
except... the swaybar links. i thought a little thing like that didnt matter.
about a month ago the suspension stopped responding as good as it once did. i thought i damaged my shocks. or that my rates were set incorrectly. no adjustment worked.
turned out that the stab. link broke. penny wise ... pound foolish. now i have to spend more money in parts and worse.. labour.
save for months if u need to. but buy original. pls. |
