Zeriam, really you should start off solodex first, this kind of event isnt the kind you jump head first into and compete. That you do at dex, in a safe place. This is veryy dangerous stuff, in my opinion this was a high speed tarmac rally stage.
I like the idea but whats the difference in this hill climb thing and a rally stage? Its physically the same thing, with the exception normal road cars were used with helmets, while look at the safety features in a rally car!
I understand how you feel Zeriam, and the answer is solodex. Come and try it i am sure it will help in unleashin all the fury u have inside. Dont worry about all the cones its simple no maths in that. Come start at dex get experience and then look at this hill climb thing. |

| If this HIllclimb event becomes a regular thing and not a one off incident but maybe a championship series I will definitely bring my car up to full safety specs, but if this was just one off.....well...it would be a waste of my money and my time. |

Great vid man...but piece of advice for next time. never stand on the outside of a corner. Despite the cones if a car gets loose, its comin straight for you. Duane and these guys would tell you cars...sorry drivers are very unpredictable.
Also the wagon is an Evo 9 and the orange car is an 8... |

The officials assigned us to that check point. At the end of the day nobody got injured. Just that STI . And for the specification of the evo types, that was the info given to me. I guess next time it'll be more accurate.
I thought Sunday was just going to be a driving school for myself and others but turned out to be a well attended event that brought the motorsport fever into me.If only I knew, I would have brought more tape for the camera...lol. Neways Thanks for the comments on the video and pictures.

Just so you jump in here an calling mature old? Ahh boy.
Anyway hear that certain tripartite discussions will be held shortly to take this event to the next stage.
Great, and hope that all those who say they want to take part will put away the excuse book and really appear on the day. |
