| Fellas. Ah need some help here cause ah really en wanna have to buy another window regulator right now. The windows are sticking to the point where they sometimes barely move when trying to send them up. Sprayed lithium grase and wd40 in the vertical track. Worked for a few days but back to same. WHAT should i really lubricate the door tracks with for lasting effect ?(the vertical rubber section). |

I think it does have ah cable what does actually pull up the glass. Part of the cable srtipped in my b14 and gave me a similar problem  |

| take off the upholstery an grease (Wd40 doh last long) the the parts u see allowing movement when u press the switch up n down |

| ^^^thats a good plan...remove the upholstery and grease the motor and the track below. and look and the motor operation...maybe your motor is beginning to go bad |

i had this same problem
my door tracks was really dirty, cleaned them and sprayed them with silicone spray instant results |

| Aha!!! Tried a lil somethin and it worked (at least two weeks now). Sprayed the vertical door track with armorall. Works like a charm.. Thanks for the info anyway fellas. Respect. |
