So I've been battling this issue in th evo a few days now.

Right side headlamp has suddenly began to cloud up with condensation... dunno why.

All the suggestions point to resealing it, but I have done so and STILL it condenses.

So what I want to know is could air leak from the ventilation tubes they have on the light?

Yeah but I reseald the entire light.....

and it still condenses... not from rain but from overnight.... leading me to think it's inside... when i see the main points that it comes from, it looks like it's in the general areas of the vent tubes....

Well actually, I realised that there was condensation on the back panel of the HID light section. So I cleaned all te dirt/ etc that was there and cleaned the seal. I dried all the condensation in it and heated it slightly to dry other particles.... even sealed the vent tubes...

And it STILL condenses...

so I've given up.

I just rule it as defective and gonna look for another one....

So, anyone know someone with a right side evo VII headlamp?

let's up the ante there...

How about...

Which would be worse?

2 different looking headlight or 1 working light and one where you have to replace expensive HID bulbs cause moisture's getting in?

Well remember in cars there are things you don't plan for... especially in higher maintenance cars.

If you own one be prepared to spend on it.

The benefit is that i'll have some spare lighting... Mr. Green
