i use to watch harrynarine and ajoda come in tgi on a friday evening in 3 pc suit and start to drink and harrass young gurl .......and by the end of the night them 2 would would be in there wife beaters with they gun falling out they pockets and falling down like ass.

Now, I can only speak from personal experience:

From the very beginning, the operation was honestly more of a "parlour" mentality than a financial institution. THe company I was with had signed up about 500 employees (estimated) with HCU, through some special deal.

1. Problems accessing YOUR OWN FUNDS. I made the mistake of opening a savings account and a shares account. To access my own money was always a problem, with delays, manager saying come back later etc.

2. Customer service - Very unprofessional behaviour. They behaved as if they were doing you a favour giving you your OWN money.

3. Insane Interest rates - Compared to other institutions, lending interest was insane, coupled with the fact that saving interest was miniscule.

Now, being in the IT department, i was on casual terms with most of the employees, having to deal with them on a daily basis, and sentiments were shared across the board. To date, i think the only people I know who remained on board with them were only as a result of legal bindings through loans etc. Everyone else with savings accounts pulled out.

Good riddance! FCB fuh it.

i did start a small account there years ago...mus be had $1500 in it.....after i start d account..i never really went back and check it or bother with it

but to tell you about some experiences that people I know are having

1) one woman had $70,000 in an account, HCU told her they will give her $4000 a month until they give her back all her money but she has to sign something at the beginning that says she has received her full amount ($70,000) otherwise she not getting any.

2) similar story, someone have bout $700,000 in an account, i think he only get back $100,000 so far, i eh see him in a while 2 ask wuh going on wid it now Confused
