I use them on my car
works great
i have 3 of the larger size one in my springs
the ride is a little rougher but when the car pack with all the boys and the speaker box it precents the shock from bouncing

Hong kong, it sounds like your shocks just dead. And that sounds like a real dangerous set-up man.

If you block of your springs travel, then your suspension is compromised and it may not react to imperfections in the road and cause a crash.

Well i certainly not putting that the reason i asked though was because the back of my car is touching with the orginal springs and shocks . i thought the springs had lost tension but when i changed them it was the same thing...

Anyone else have a B13 and using 17's?

ryan get your fenders rolled

No i have new shocks in the car. i dont think that the suspension is compromised
the car is pretty stable on the road
the spring reacts to the imperfections on the road but but just less
and i am pretty sure this will not affect stability it will just affect the shock travel distance.
if you place the rubbers correctly you will see they are slack
i guess if you only put one in that could unbalance your spring but as i said above i have 3 in each spring . Guess most people just use 2

You could also get your springs re done by Corbin in the Croisee. Don't know the metallurgy aspect of what is done but many have reccomended him for problems of insufficient ride height and load capacity...note not performance.....cost about $300, my problem is rear ride height in L touring but didn't have the $$$ so mechanic has used h rubbers on the rear and no problems since....imcreased height, nothing touches when back filled with people and groceries anymore.

my back shocks are dead as fcuk...and I have some H-rubbers on the right side to level off the height (need new springs nuh)

the result is the dead shock on the left allowing slightly more (and faster) than usual travel while the H-rubbers on the right prevents the same dynamic...the result is that on a "spirited" run on a wavy h/way the car dips left

looking to sort that out soon

Used the x rubbers in the CB before changing the shocks.

It helps temporarily.
