Anyone know where I can get front disc pads for a 2000 model
4 door grand vitara(other than the company,they have for about $750)

I was gonna ask the same question. Only the new 2009 SGV models (yet to arrive in the Caribbean) have rear disc brakes. Wink

the pads in Trinidad brake and clutch is mintex pas eh! they work good, but i heard some people complaining that is cuts your rotors, however i was using them, and found no problems, except it dosent hold as well when it gets really hot, but i dont think you going to be doing any sort of crazy driving everyday lol!.

No i wont but what if you drive fast now and then?..... also is there a pair i can fab onto my rear and remove the drum?....

Before you go modifying your rear drum brakes, just wait for the 2009 model to launch next month. I've been told the possibility exists of getting a upgrade kit to refit all the 2006-2008 models with rear disc brakes (replacing the drum).
