All I ask for is a respectful phone call with the truth.

A hand shake and a explanation at SBN would have been nice.

And futhermore, I am laughing my butt of at the thought of 32 P3 woofers crammed into only .6 cu.ft. per speaker....lol

You can not make chicken soup out of chicken crap.

Another words, the van size, box size, etc... has limits that you can not overcome by throwing money at it.....

Throwing 32 of the biggest woofers in the world in there is going to do nothing. You would be better off with 6 BIG woofers and a correct design.

I have 40 woofers in my van, and they are in a correct design.
But it takes time to make good things happen. Wink

I saw something good in this thread after all the finger pointing, character attacks and bickering.

We got 2 new international members to trinituner, An IAsca Judge- Jereme creamer and The owner of T3 Audio- Jonathan Damuth. Welcome to both of you gentlemen.

I could care less if Shameer's van did 100db.

The Fact is, that a TRINIDADIAN competed at spring beak nationals. All things considered, Shameer deserves a pat on the back for the effort. AFAIK its the first time a Trinidadian ( non resident of the US ) competed in EBB at spring break, and instead of being supportive, men bash him.

If you guys dont like his score, or feel you can better it, then do it.
Put up or SHUT UP.

I 100% agree, 32 woofers really not necessary. Cause I am sure de subs didnt get de optimum room to work in, maybe 16 would have sounded de same.

Everyone leaning now toward simple systems. As I always tell eveyone that want de 12 and 20 subs installed. If yuh have 12 subs and sound like crap, yuh will be shamed if yuh doh come good, but it yuh had 2 or even one sub and put up ah fight, yuh will earn alot more respect.

comfort

do you think its going to be the same with another body??

rules have been changed to make it as fair as possible for EVERYONE
and not suited for a few individuals

i strongly suggest you attend the iasca competitors training session next month
as this will assist in helping you understand the rules and classifications

as well as if you were keeping yourself up to date with iasca you would have been aware of possible rule and categroy changes being proposed since last year

you can expect shameer to spoon feed big men on the runnings of iasca
if you were really interested shouldnt you have been checking with shameer or www.iasca.com

we dont enforce rule changes until after spring break as there may be minor adjustments
as well as iasca trinidad season doesnt start until after spring break

Now comfort

after reviewing a lot of your posts on this forum it seems that you have an issue with the new classifications

is it because you may not win again??
or is it because you now fall in the same class as another vehicle that was built by the same person and you wish not to compete against them

do you really think you can build a vehicle to last year after year and not beaten?

idbl/spl is not a cheap sport we all know this
and to be at the top of your class locally or internationally one must expect to be upgrading every now and then as there will always be someon else coming up to take away your crown/trophy

are you man enough to accept that challenge or are you going to be like a little child and continuosly whine about it

come on comfort
i thought you would have been more mature about this

howver here's some food for thought

take a look at the other organisations such as db drag and see where you fall in classifications
as well as the "other" vehicle that you dont want to compete against and see where they fall

be fair in classifiying your vehicle with the rules and guidlines of db drag

you may be surprised

now if this is a personal issue between yourself and shameer then i suggest taking it up as such and not as an issue with iasca trinidad/caribbean

if you want to discuss you know how to get in contact with me

`SO WHY WOULD YOU THINK I AM BASHING YOU SHAMEER` . HONESTLY SPEAKING I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST YOU.

SO BY YOU MAKING COMMENTS LIKE THAT WHAT DID YOU GAIN ?

I PM `BASS KING` AND ASK HIM `WHO ARE YOU`? SOMETHING YOU SHOULD OFF DONE BEFORE YOU MADE YOUR COMMENTS (SHAMEER).
HE`S AN INTERNATIONAL MEMBER TO...

YOU ARE THE AFFILIATE FOR IASCA .....

AND I AM THE AFFILIATE FOR DB DRAGRACING....

WHY WOULD I BASH YOU... WHEN YOU ARE AN EVENT PROMOTER ..

YOU DON`T CREATE PROBLEMS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATION AND THERE IS NO NEED FOR ME TO BASH YOU CAUSE I GAIN NOTHING FROM DOING THAT..

Maybe all the rules in the competition is too much and its getting too complicated.

Remember a while ago when we used the amplifier power at 4ohm to determine the category for SPL...This was simple and everyone knew what category they were in

Now they asking about Amps, deck, subs, battery, wire, tint etc

As a friend pointed out to me....If they check every single detail about the vehicle as stated on the rules, they would take about 30 mins on each vehicle

Yea and everyone used the cheater orion amps because they gave enormous power at 0.5 ohms while they measured power at 4 ohms
