So i have acquired some parts thus far.
GT4094R
.63 a/r (might be a little small, can anyone confirm?)
61mm inducer
flow: 65 lbs/min 832cfm
Will i need to change the exhaust housing? How should this spool on the 2.5 6 cylinder?
550cc injectors- should give me up to 500whp
HKS bov
Greddy ultimate
Greddy boost controller
Aeromotive FPR
Now question: what size wastegate should i use?
I can get a tial F46 or a V44
What are the differences in the Tials (v, f, mv-s) is it just mounting?
What about cheaper wastegates like the OBX or xo2 racing, any good?
Turbo manifold, i'm looking at the xo2 racing manifold that alot of guys sell on the forum here but are they any good, will they break? |

| Just looking to get some re assurance, actually planning to go with the TIAL but I want to know the differences in the models. As for the manifold did yuh padna brace the manifold? I know of a few guys who installed the xo2 with out problems. |

Why should one "brace" a manifold? Wouldn't that suggest that the it is of poor quality?
I always thought that once the weight/design of the exhaust isn't putting unnecessary strain on the manifold (i.e. braced properly under the car and possible use of flex-joint) that a well designed one should last years.
Correct me if necessary because I'm here to learn as well.
Cast-manifold FTW!
Anyone locally makes manifolds for turbo apps? |

| I know BCR makes manifolds locally. Most of the stainless steel manifolds break as a result of strain from the muffler system or the weight of the turbo. |
