ent this supposed to be under warranty?

the owner of the car should have taken legal action against City Motors/N&M instead of putting a SR20 in this.

Why won't the seller answer the questions as to what course of action was done with City Motors? That car would have been under warranty. As such fixing it would have been at no cost to you.
