THE POLICE CAN'T CHARGE YOUR FOR HID UNLESS THE TEMPERATURE IS 10000K AND OVER
REASON BEING AT 10000K AND OVER YOU HAVE A SHADE OF COLOUR
WHICH IS ILLEGAL
ONCE YOU GO WHITE 8000K AND UNDER YOU WILL BE OK

H4 DUAL BEAM MEANS ONLY 2 BULB BUT THEY OPERATES BOTH AS HI/LOW
HENCE THE NAME DUAL
BOTH HI/LOW IN THE H4 IS HID
