It will fit, but there are other issues.
Do you have manual? Then you're good to go, just get it wired
Is it auto? Then you need to check the amount of solenoids on your tranny.
Because if it's the wrong one, you need to either give up the 1st stage in the engine and don't run any lean burn mode because you'll have to use your current ecu( no save gas) or keep falling out of 4th gear back to 3rd (the P2J ecu that comes with the 3 stage can't control 2 solenoids on the tranny)

for sure it will fit and if ur transmission is a problem, i have the required transmission that goes with engine
