It might sound crazy but try some WD40 on the rubbers!

Does the door have any play in it? That's how you will know if the bushings bad!

well first check to make sure the mounting bolts haven't started running loose before you start looking for door hinge bushings (which I highly doubt you'll find)...I tightened up a couple on mine yesterday and got rid of a couple rattles

and a little WD40 or Armor All every now and then to nourish your door rubbers wouldn't kill you Idea

the aerosols I don't like cuz it gets everywhere...I just squirt a little Armor All on a cloth and apply to all my door and trunk rubbers when I cleaning the interior or drying it after a wash

the WD40 u can get away with cuz of the straw...and it gets in the window tracks too
