Just got the parts to build mine, will post results when I am done.
RS200 - did you grind the ballbearing seat to provide a solid seal or is it not needed. |

built it, but I am not sure if it because I've never driven a boosted vehicle at this level before, but when I accelerate gradually, the RPM builds till I see about 5PSI, gradually increasing from there gives no significant increase in boost, then after a little more acceleration, the 10PSI comes in and kicks me in my arse! but twice I saw it jump to 17PSI instead of 10, and it's that I'm kinda worried about, and I think with good reason. any ideas?
P.S. - on a side note, you guys just encouraging me to mod the engine to allow me to run 20PSI......not good!  |
