But if your're a beginner come as U are!.........manual or automatic, it doesn't matter. A number of novice class entries are automatic, but they still make the effort to compete.
When U now start, what really matters is how well U remember the course, the driving lines you take and how consistent U are in improving your times on each consecutive run and knowing the limits of adhesion of your car. Other things such as suspension setup, tyres and manual transmissions can come later. |

i started off as automatic... now it's just to learn how to handle manual on the course... if and when to change gears, try not to cut off  brakin in corners as i should, if i should gear down or not...
i think i'll get the hang of it... and make a lil name for myself, and put female drivers in the spotlight... |

| Ryan, try not to put more than two hairpins pls.....if you want to slow us down use a slalom, it would also be nice to see a fast right going into a fast left if space permits. Kinda throwing the weight from one side then immediately to the other side. |
