| Quote: | | As for the 2009 GTS they have a completely different front bumper and rear tail lights |
What do you mean.....2.0 GLS or GT????
AFAIK, the GT has two possible front bumpers......the "standard" front bumper with the chrome finishing around the top part of the grille, and then the "sport bumper", which uses a completely different unit, more akin to the US Lancer Ralliart.
I've only seen one manual GT with the darkened/blacked out rears. The CVT GT's that I saw had the standard rear lights.

any 2.0 he means
i just love the 2.0 GT manual front bumper...
i went n check out one on Saturday @ DM while my CY was servicing..
they upgraded the console they moved the ipod port closer to the front and added a flip out pocket.
the seats felt really nice...
I guess it's the 2009 ver.
it had the black ralliart lights as well. |

According the catalog thingy....that's actually optional
You're right though....it looks great with the ralliart front bumper. Rear lights make it look spiffy too......bring that together with some aluminum pedals and maybe a silver/dark grey/metal colour.....and it'll be a really tempting ride (negating the price of course).

Yep, actually I was asking road race about modifying an SX4 intake for use in my Swift Sport. We'll see how that turns out.....really helpful folks there (some of their upcoming projects are monstrous).

Jadez, the issue that I am having is the actual cable hookup into the ports. What cabling accessory do I need to facilitate the hook up? Would appreciate your advice. |

Good find!
I am wondering whether this explains the continued problem with scratches on the tint. maybe the slack bolts are causing the window itself to have too much tolerance to move and lightly scrape against the metal frames from time to time.
If so, I'll print this TSB and have Diamond check this out and re-tint as well. I've hated those fugly lines since they appeared in 2008! |
