I did the timing belt, crack shaft seals, tranny oil at 95k
coolant still pending Laughing Laughing Laughing
suspension + shocks good

not sure what else to do...all fluids ent???

^^^ I do approx: 40,000km-50,000km per year so no 25,000km is small thing

every 20,000km some say up to 25,000 with the cooler installed.
i prefer somewhere between 15,000 and 20,000km

I have tha afternmarket cooler and I go every 20,000km without fail on mine


and my GF's with teh stock cooler as well

am question...have a CS3A lancer when i turn on A/C and come to a stop idle dropping to about 300 rpm and rises again when i accelerate. RPM drops sometimes when i put the car in park or if i put full lock in steering....but its almost to the point of cutting out. started happening 3 days ago....Car got service....engine wash under body etc.

how did you wash the engine if it was a high pressure water that was used most likely some water got into you plugs

idle control motor needs servicing

hapopens sometimes on the 4G18

idle low with ac on

but after a couple of seconds teh idle control motor kicks in and steps up teh idle

i ent find the motor yet - so a mech told me

an check the expolded view of the trottle body in the manual you will find the motor fellas and i belive is that self giving trouble if was water it would have been worst with the car cutting off

same thing i said to myself...it was happening before the service...just got a little worse...any help?
