Who else have K&N drop in filter in their CS3A?
Whats the part # on the filter ur using?
What i'm using is the evo7 air filter... But I spoke to a K&N tech and he said the only difference is the size of the air filter (the filter for a 2.0L eninge might not fit & seal properly in the air box of the 1.6L engine).

Hey as you talking about oil filters, i going to try castrol syntech for the next oil change but how often do you change syntech, same 5,000 miles or more and if more what oil filter to use because a friend told me if i'm going syntech go to DM to get the original filter because the normal fram i use may not last more than 5,000 miles and with syntech the filter may not hold out with the extra milage.

^^^ I can only find FRAM, I hope this is not the case across teh country

CASTROL Syntec is a full synthetic oil?

if so then you can safely do 10,000km on it

but your mech is right when he told you to get a better filter for such a long duration,

cuz in my experience, FRAM ain't all that great, so I will not want to use that beyond 5000km

Yeah it is ,there also a half real half syntech oil ,can't remember the name , but what filter last longer than 5000km.
But hey to all CS3 owners , whats is the Ds for on the selector , is it the same and second gear ?
the manual has it as Drive sporty but how do you really use it

I believe its 2nd & 3rd Gears... Computer decides what gear (2nd/3rd) depending on engine speed & rpm.
The manual says to use it for extra power going up hill... I have other uses for it Twisted Evil
