The place in valpark also does it. You could just take off the lock from on the trunk, would be alot easier imo.

^^explain. still i found that a 17 socket was holding onto the nut snuggly yet to try to break the nut using that, looking for a power handle.

looks like the same material as the regular nug just has some grooves on it, but wouldn't using a hammer and chisel damage the stud?

no you have to take your time and tap it gently get a groove first.teh wack the sheit outta it to try to break the nut, just don't bite too much then you wouldn't damage the stud.

edited sorry my mistake Laughing

^^^ correct

but depending on they type you have, some of the cheaper brands tend to make all the keys the same anyway so u can just buy a set like it and use the new key...I did that before

like i said i found a 17 socket that is fitting on it snug enough to break the nut just to get a power handle for it as soon as i log off 2nr, what i am afraid of is that if i use to much force i might round it. if this dosen't work i'll have to resort to the hammer and chisel method.

i'll keep you'll posted.

alright fellas feeling proud now, the 17 socket worked like a charm just now i am worried if a 17 socket could of worked all the time what was the sense of having these locks anyway.

only pressure i got was that everytime i got one out the nut stuck onto the socket so i had to use a vice and a hammer to knock it out. Shocked

tried to but i changed tyres last weekend and yuh know when they tighten the nuts with the gun it's really hard too crack them afterwards so the amount of force i used to slacken the these the nut actually locked up inside the socket leaving dent marks inside of it.

btw where would i get good set of new wheel locks to buy only need four with the key and everything. a price would be nice

tighten the nuts with the gun

you not suppose to tighten it with the gun, you could run it up with the gun but you supposed to tighten it by hand
