i gots a lil problem. i have a gsr, CD5A model. basically stock except for a copper clutch. i gave the car a lil hard run on saturday night. after that run, i was not able to shift into reverse, as in the shifter is not able to go into reverse, just feels like something is blocking it.

first, second, third, fourth and fifth is all cool tho. drove home with it, nothing changed the next day. also, i have this prob, sometimes my gears might not go in if my foot pushes the clutch pedal flat on the ground, if i hold the gear in position and lift my foot a little of the clutch, then it goes in, this hardly happend tho. this was happening b4 the reverse prob tho. not really a big prob but just wanna know if that can be signs of something bigger.

what can be wrong? Sad

it could be the gearbox shift and the linkage not pulling the sleector effectively
this happened to my CK when the 2 crossmember mounts had burst

i used to have to double clutch into reverse for the gear to go in ......

changed the mounts and hter problem went away.....

i not sure if this could be ur problem tho........
