| i would like to have an area in the middle where we can setup some technical areas, like double S's etc. This course should be a technical one to teach drivers new techniques |

neither. both of them are too slow and technical. All you would see is cones and the average person would not not where they are going. something simple with a few nice corners, higher speed.
