So if im buyin an engine in bamboo with gearbox full conversion what parts do i have to make sure i need?

lookin at a part list so far i know

Engine
Gearbox
Axles
ECU/Harness
Pedals
Shifter
master cylinder / slave cylinder


what else?

Shift linkage
Mounts
manual cams (not very necessary but a good buy)
Shift knob
Speed sensor

Also a good idea to change clutch & pressure plate

yea you may want to get the manual cams if you are planning to use a gearbox with a engine that was mated to a auto tranny. then you will need a manual ECU. its worth it though..with the manual cams you will get a more aggressive response.

change yuh water pump ,timing belt and tensioner one time .as you will not be sure of milege ..

but i may sell mine if you interested .

16k not nego for full conversion. with a few extras ,plus
b16a , changed water pump timing belt tensioner , and few other seals(crank,vtec,distributor) less than a month ago
msd,4-2-1 headers,intake,

5fwd ,lsd,act clutch ,

some other stuff included .call for details.

new rubber in both master and slave cylinder.

other things such as wiring harness,ecu,mounts,alxes also included

yeah once i buy a car or engine those are the first things i change out..... the b series too expensive hence i decide to stick wit D, plus i kinda like an underdog engine Very Happy

^^^ i know where you coming from with the expensive thing ..

d series gbox $1800 b series gearbox $7000 up .

d series head and block $1500 b series $4000 up

not to mention avail... plus d series on moderate boost = Twisted Evil

I paid 3 for mine and 3 for the gearbox with everything except the starter. Someone was selling a full conversion 2/3 stage d15 for 5k over a yr ago. So yea that price a lil hot.
