4/ A WINNER-TAKE-ALL PRIZE OF $5000 (FIVE THOUSAND) GOES TO THE VICTOR OF EACH BRACKET FROM 16 TO 10-SECONDS...

strict pit & start line management hold the key.........spectators need to see a well-coordinated event...with disciplined competition...
competitors & their teams have the ultimate responsibility to observe the rules & regs in order to ensure 'racers and the spectators' get just due...
