b14 1st gear shifting too fast

i have an automatic transmission b14...recently started givin some transmission problems (i suspect). the first gear shifts sometimes at only 10km per hour...sometimes at 20...also when it shifts the car also jerks alot...

anyone knows wat mite be the reason for this?

adjust the kick down cable. it's right behind the throttle body

i had the problem of the jerking when 1st gear shifted... it was actually some spring that had broken in the tranny.. its about $50 for the spring.. just someone to change it..
