not difficult if you are technically competent. you need - gearbox,ecu,shift linkage,shifter,pedals,clutch master & slave cylinder,hose from clutch resviour to line for slv/cylinder,rear engine bracket,mounts and all necessary bolts .

There's a really cool article on a conversion on Honda-Tech. If I find the link I'll post it. However, it conatins large pics and isn't dial up friendly
