What are the possible problems?

A/C only gets cold when driving, when in a stationery position, the temp gauge starts to rise rather fast and the A/C heats up...

however when driving its EXTREMELY cold...

check yuh idle up for the ac not colding when stationery as for the temp gauge rising me nah know what could be causing that if the both fans coming on

Check the tension on the compressor belt and the condition of the condensor

really need to check on this......maybe only one fan is coming on. if your temp is rising AND your A/C heats up at the same time, it is definately your rad fans

condenser suffering from heat-soak. the cooling fins on the condenser are most likely clogged too.
