why is it that TTTL does not carry TRD inspired vehicles ?
i mean Toyota here in Vancouver sell TRD Tundra and TRD FJ Cruiser.
so why doesnt TTTL offer TRD based vehicles ?
I know they don't sell the Tundra and FJ Cruiser, but you know nuh
FJ (REAL HARD !! )
Tundra
i personally find the FJ - BESS !!! TTTL should look into them |

| TTTL is very limited in terms of what they bring even if there are ppl here willing to buy, they claim the parent company won't send the vehicles here, that's what my rep told me when I ordered some vehicles recently |

its true what corollalover101 said.... they just can bring in any vehicle, Toyota Japan has to see it fit for them to be able to market a car
still wondering how they ran the survey and market research and saw it fit for the prius to be offered in tnt |

| I had that discussion with them years ago. I told them that it can only boost the brand image and sales as the local market was leaning towards performance oriented vehicles. Even if such vehicles were inaffordable to most, just the sight of a TRD Corolla in their showroom fitted with all the goodies is something that all Corolla owners will want to identify with. Look at Mitsubishi and the Evo. The Integra. Impreza STi. 350Z... just to name a few. |

| apparently they're satisfied with sales figures now ( although when I was there recently there was more staff than customers) and see no need to boost their image and target new markets |

It's also about exposing the versatility of the brand. You look at a simple Lancer and an Evo and you realise what the simple Lancer can be, or you see the foundation on which the two cars lie. Just put a blasted TRD Corolla in the showroom... it doesn't have to be on sale. Just bring it for show and new owners will 'see' the passion and experience the benefits of driving a Toyota and be able to identify with what they want their car to become for them.
It's all well and good to provide econo-cars in light of the market demand for affordable, economical vehicles but they are ignoring a huge segment of their market that is worthwhile to tap into. |
