Great stuff Pat...the top of the front bumper is still a bit too straight/sharp, also protruding a lil too much...
The lights are better but the indicators are a lil too much to the side
Lovin the hood and the rest of the front bumper as well as the fenders...
Great stuff man!

I'll take a look again...but it's as close to the blueprints I have. I'll look at some more reference images to see what you mentioned. Thanks

fixed the hood and the gray behind the grill. Still have to texture the roll cage. add some other stuff to the gage like a pipe, engine stand, grafitti to the walls. garage door, rims/tyres, and a light fixture to the ceiling

Just a preview...still rendering out more sequences from the same scene. Going to do the exhaust with a little vibrations and maybe some light smoke...some more dof (depth of field) shots and then the car pulling out.

I need to get some high resolution images of EG head and taillights...if anyone is willing to take a picture and post it would help a lot...until then I'm just leaving it white like the paint.

Back from the dead. Been working on this garage scene for the last few months. I've added some new models, improved the textures and most importantly the lighting. The lighting especially needed tweaking as you couldn't really see all the details I spent hours modeling and texturing. I've also begun rendering out at 720x480 as opposed to the original 320x240...again, you couldn't really see the detail in the textures and that's important to the 'feel' of the scene.

The EG6's yellow looks a little off in this pic...this was an older render. The curent yellow is closer to that in the first and second pic.

The Spoon SW388s have the wrong texture in this pic...see the last pic for the change.

these are WIP (work in progress) shots so you'll see a lot of stuffed moved around, different colours and so forth. I've added a displacement map to the outside of the tires so you see all the details:

Let me know what you'd like to see added/changed and I'll take your opinion into account.

texture still needs some tweaking for that powder coated look.
