i had the superchips programming installed on my 03 Focus hatch a few years ago. Mid range response was better but you won't get significant gains from the ECU flash. My car started to ping with the update as well and this was with premium fuel.
For the price of the Superchips upgrade i would recommend going with an intake and exhaust instead. |
