When I started to read your comment this is all I saw... Then I thought "Why he doh haul he... oho... right, that's a compliment." Embarassed

Off all kicks

In no way would I compare components to gallery speaker. I'm actually switching back. Quality is great but I love my loud.

Also..

remember, the crossovers are one thing, speaker frequency response is very tied into this, choose the right driver for the right applications, learn to use frequency response graphs and take the manufacturer's specifications very very seriously

thing with d guys who using d pro audio equip most of them just buy 2 of this & 2 of dat going on brand name & not specific model number , they dont take d time to go online & do some research about d freq operating bandwidth to after pick out what pieces of equipment will work well together

are some very VERY good pieces of information. BRAND is not everything. Look at the technical specs and come here and ask questions if anything. The best gallery speakers I ever owned were made by Audiopipe. I never invested in RCF or 18sound because the APs looked good to me. And guess what? they were.

However, I'm going to try a pair of 18sound 6" + Audiopipe 8's. I'll let y'all know how that goes Wink

i for one fed up ask about wat component set or regular coax i could use instead of my pro audio speakers to get as loud or even close to it

never got any real response, i heard more about using more speakers on an amp and phase shift.

so again i will throw it out to pios pimp or anyone else who could answer the question

wat 4 pairs of coax or comps can i run to get me close to or as loud as 4 10" and 2 drivers if there is anything let me know cuz i will to try it

Shocked Shocked Shocked

spam ...two words

BEY-MAS !!! Mr. Green

they have four shortfalls though imo.

(1) the magnets are big. even the neod. 6" requires some fabrication to fit in your front doors

(2) most play midrange very well even the 8" and 10". they have a 6MB or something line that plays midbass well but its 6" and has a big magnet which forces you to consider fiberglass if you want it in your doors

(3) the lil part on the speaker that you solder the speaker wire to is flimsy. it breaks easily

(4) they are EXPENSIVE as hell

Despite the above though....it sounds schweet Wink

P.S. Invest in a good quality amp first
