well, truth be told, the GDI as you know is a lil les powered than the 4G93T's as the CB and CK model styles. Know os one or two people with the Gdi-T and it's been running well for them.
Never heard any problems, but only thing is never hear of anyone modding them. |

I'm wondering the same thing at this moment....
Hopefully it'll be out be End of March and if not, and STILL haven't been sent to fix, I'll probably put it up for sale or something...It's at the back of me head at this time... |

I know of the VR4 already. The same guy was asking me info about it. The 6 won't work unless I do major fabrications as the engine is swung 180 degrees.
Those early VR4 engines carry one hell of a size MAF sensor lookin like a damn KLIM pan. I ent want no damn KLIM pan air filter and Airflow sensor in one.... had one of those before is a real hassle.... besides it's not the engine that's the problem... I "have" it already.
Anyway here's the story so far.
Original plan was to send car to trini by towing it on board the ferry (slow one, fast ferry doesn't allow) and have 800 4 tow take it to S/do. Then suddenly the plan changed to taking the car on Bairds 7 ton from here straight to S/do. Now god knows what else was the hold back, but there was a problem with the warrior spirit leading to some backlog of cargo etc.
So now I'm a bit disgruntled and I explained that to my pardner. It was agreed that by Saturday the vehicle would be in trini. Alas, I get told today, that once your vehicle is being towed on to the ferry, I have to get a letter from the Licensing Authority, stating that they're giving permission to send it down, etc.
Well that didn't sit well with my pardner (or myself for that matter) So NOW they deciding to send up the engine to Tobago and do the install here. When done, I'll take it S/do to the guy down there to do the final tuning...
So that's the story so far. |

| I ran the guy last night.........and still undefeated, lol. It was Ronnie with his sr20 det lancer, i heard a lot of good things about it, so i wanted a pull and last night i got the call to come now so i did and well the rest is history. The good thing is that we did not run the normal level of boost that we race with and did not have to launch very hard, dont wanna break no parts before easter. so i think i good for the while until easter. Oh and fellas if all yuh hearing a little music coming from the machine doh vex is just temporary, ah just feeling to play de arse lil bit for d while. |

| ^ That aint no scene, but i really got that call late i aint even get to prepare properly, but ronnie is launching sweet so non 4wd guys i would be very afraid of that car if i were you. Normally off the line we give men about three car lengths, he only get about one/one and a half from us so basically we had to power up de track to win. Truth be told when i use to run mih boy Joe with the 14, if he de get that kinda launch i would have been history, dat sr20 was cracking boy. |
